Terms and conditions governing your access to custom project development, course training, and academic defense mentoring provided by CodeWithDocs.
By placing an order or using services provided by CodeWithDocs ("Platform"), you enter into a legal agreement governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Services Provided & Scope
CodeWithDocs provides specialized technology project development, mentorship courses, final-year project guidance, source code delivery, setup assistance, and 1-on-1 viva/defense preparation for students and professionals.
2. Fair Educational Use & Academic Responsibility
All software source code, system documentation, and architecture diagrams supplied by CodeWithDocs are intended for educational learning, skill enhancement, and project guidance. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their respective academic institutions or university guidelines.
3. Ordering, Pricing & Technical Support
- Quotations: Project scope and delivery timelines are agreed upon prior to project initiation.
- Defense Support: Every final-year project includes setup guidance and 1-on-1 defense query resolution as outlined in the agreed package.
- Revisions: Minor revisions within agreed scope specifications are fulfilled promptly within 24 hours.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon complete payment, the client receives the non-exclusive right to utilize the custom project source code and technical documentation for their personal academic, portfolio, or career advancement purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CodeWithDocs or its engineering team be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project usage. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
